2Research and Pricing
Your agent will conduct a market analysis and/or run an “Upper End Precise Pricing” report to determine a projected sales price for your home.
3Home Tour & Presentations of Findings
We will schedule an appointment to visit your home, take a quick tour, present our “Upper End Precise Pricing” plan and provide with our Upper End listing presentation.

5Contract through Close
Once your agent begins the marketing process, we will continue to assist through the following:
- Showing coordination
- Dedicated price negotiation
- Assistance with necessary paperwork (permits, inspections, title)
- Attendance at closing
