Upper End Properties leasing service can save you a HUGE amount of time, effort and frustration when searching and scheduling appointments to see homes for lease in the St. Louis Metro Area. We can arrange showings and provide applications for every home offered by every company in the St. Louis Metro Area.

We have details on every home through the local MLS System and unpublished properties. We schedule all showings for you, meet you at the homes to view them and handle your leasing application paperwork so you can easily lease the house/apartment/condo that best suits your needs. There is no cost to you for using our services if you follow through with a lease.

Once you authorize us to represent you in finding a home, we will work diligently to help you locate and view all of the properties that interest you. We will also negotiate a better lease price and ways to create a more solid lease.

How to Apply for a Lease

Like purchasing a property, leasing a property is a real estate transaction and certain procedures must be followed. If you do not understand the documents please seek competent legal advice.

Credit Report / Application Processing Fee

  • $35.00 per person for the first two (2) adult persons and $10 for each additional adult(s).
  • Please make check payable to Upper End Properties, LLC
  • Copy of Each Applicationʼs Drivers License/State ID/Passport
  • Please provide a legible copy of each applicant's identification card

Potential Costs

When you sign the lease, depending on the landlord, you may be asked to pay the first month's rent and a deposit. If you have pets, there will also be a pet deposit. The pet deposit varies, but it's typically between $250.00 and $500.00 per pet. This information is typically provided on the property listing.
